Dr. Bernstein Diet & Health Clinics

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to get a boost and some discipline. I am looking into Dr. Bernstein Diet & Health Clinics or L.A Weight Loss centers. I need some advice.

Am I wasting my money. I have been trying for a long time but I think going into a clinic to check in and someone give me **** about what I am eating would help.

I am not going anywhere alone.

Please advice.

I'm not an expert on any of them but I think you could probably find a nutritionist to work with on a regular basis that might not be as expensive.
