99 Days until January 1 2014

A few of my friends posted today about there being 100 days until New Years Day
Google says there are 99 days... but that is neither here nor there.

I have a goal to shed another 15 lbs.
I will complete my first 5k in under 45 minutes on November 9th.
I will bike/walk/jog 600 miles.

What is your goal for the next 99/100 days?

Everyone that posted under my friends status's planned to give up something as well...
It will be hard, but I will give up ALL soda and chocolate! Ack, the chocolate part will be very hard but I will give it up.

What will you give up to help you become a healthier you?
