There was some smoked goat Gouda that my uncle got me into once. I craved that with some Triscuits like crazy.

The only suggestion I have about cravings like that, is to either prepare for them as part of your daily calories and just enjoy it slowly with a lot of water.

    Gouda luck!

There's nothing wrong with cheese. It's got calcium. <3 And protein.

do you mean that you want to eat cheese in general?
or just eat cheese all the time?

i suggest that you incorporate cheese into your diet.
but a diet consisting solely of cheese will lock your bowls up tighter than you can imagine.

Lowfat cheese has fewer calories. All things in moderation! Ive limited my Dr. Pepper habit to just 1 can a day. And no, diet dr pepper has a weird aftertaste to me, so cant go that route lol. End up being sadder than if I didnt have it at all.

I love all cheeses....I just make sure to ALWAYS measure and record it. Cheese calories add up quickly!

Goat cheese. 70 cals an ounce vs. 110 cals an ounce for gouda. I love it with a little bit of jam or honey. I always have a bit of extra special cheese in my fridge, and I always log it.

Seriously - you will take away my cheese from my cold dead blackened fingers. WEIGHT it and log it. I can't emphasize that part enough.

however, measure very accurately just how many grams you are eating, because with cheese every gram counts :-)

I love marble string cheese ~~ favorite!
  • Yes, I love cheese. All of it. One bite off a block is 100 calories minimum. I don't limit cheese from my diet but man do I just want to eat it. I dont care about sweets, cakes, ice cream etc lol. Typically I dont buy it but its in my fridge right now. :(
