With your burger toppings and/or how you make a burger in general...? Hahaha..

For me, it's gotta be beef - chicken and turkey don't count here for me lol - and I love mixing in jalapeno, onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce, then topping with caramelized onions, mushrooms and pepper-jack . Add some horseradish and whole grain mustard and bam - my perfect burger (that I'm now drooling over and can't have -_- )

    A great burger is about the only time I don't do bacon lol!! And then I'd have to change cheese and toppings hahaha

    Agreed. If it is a free-for-all on toppings and you don't choose bacon as one of them, then you aren't even really a person.

    Mine used to be an In N Out cheeseburger with grilled onions. Lately though, salmon burgers topped with fresh basil (or pesto), onion, honey mustard, sun dried tomato vinaigrette, and habenero jack cheese on an onion roll are my favourites. I'm not big on red meat.
