Need a friend who needs a friend with weight loss issues

I am just about 49 and have been dealing with this stupid weight issue for my entire life! Would like to meet someone who understands what a difficult path this can be. My children are out of the house now and I am trying to devote some time to myself and my health . Sounds so easy, but I am lost!
