Hi i own some health scales which claim to measure everything the problem is I've lost the instructions so i don't no what they mean.
5ft 1" age 43 (F)
Starting weight 12st 1lb, I didn't do any other measures.
Just got weighted 11st 11lb
Water 34.0%
Fat 42.7%
Muscle mass 32.6%
Bone percentage 6.4%
Can anyone point me in the right direction of what these stats mean. Or what my body should be, are these measures bad?
I've done a google search on the scales and still can't find anything.

those scales are probably wrong on all the numbers except for weight. The methods they use are simply inaccurate. You can definitely use them to track overall estimates over a long period of time, but for real numbers go see someone who can use real equipment to measure you.0
