    OK.... this is a silly question, but where on the arms / thighs do you measure?

    not a silly question at all..I would like to know too!

    I usually go around the thickest part of both when relaxed (ie, sitting for the thigh, arm at my side for bicep). As long as you're consistent with how you measure, it shouldn't matter.

    Regarding my thighs, I measure on the fattest part, right at the top.

    Regarding my arms, I don't measure those, so can't help.
