I just joined Sunday and I am finding this site great. Until I started keeping track of how much I ate, I really did not think I ate as much as I was. I am doing great with the food journal and my exercise. I am excited and can't wait until Sunday to weigh. I have had a weight problem all my life and I know this time it's going to work. I am 52 years old and need to get the weight off for my health. My goal is to lose 45 lbs. by Christmas and to be 125 by next summer.
