Need a kick up the butt !! i do as well!! friends needed

It’s time to get real and now I realise there’s no “quick fix” and only I can make the changes.
I have been with a fertility clinic for the last year had every test possible and to be put on the ivf list now have to loose just over 4 stone
Looking for friends to motivate and for them to give me the kick up the butt needed!
I’m hoping by finding some good friends I can do this and also help on others journeys!
