Wii Fit Plus, Active, active more and Dance Workout -

Just curious to see if anyone is using any of the Wii workout programs. I have the Will Golds Gym Dance Workout, Will active, Wii Active More, Wii active 2 and Wii fit plus. How do I calculate them in to my workouts for my fit bit flex?
