Absolutely!
Get yourself a folding exercycle. It is designed to place under a desk or on the floor in front of a chair or sofa. Pedal while you work, surf, read, watch television, knit, whatever. You get the idea.
Here is link to a Mayo Clinic article that supports the 'keep moving' mantra:

Google 'under desk exercycle' for examples.

I'm buying this instead.
Oh, not for me. For my assistant. We can use it to "exercise" in new ways.0 -
Waiting on a picture of that gizmo from Southpark (you know the one). Too lazy to search of it.0

I'd rather get out and pedal an actual bike and feel the wind rushing through my hair and go up and down hills and see some beautiful scenery.0

The "Absolutely!" threw me off. Now, I'm stuck wondering how that fits with the post title.0

It's actually not that funny. My mom had one for her rehab from a broken hip and it would fit nicely under my desk.

Not promoting this site at all but you can see what I'm talking about.0 -
I have a standing desk and move around a lot when I work and love it, so I'm all for options vs. chairs, but I can't imagine cycling while working would be easy. Also, its hard to concentrate both on moving your body enough to get fit and working at the same time...0

Reminds me of this:
Someone in my mom's office use to swear by it :noway:0 -
