Weight Loss Meal Plans

Hello MFP,

I am seriously struggling to lose any weight, i am under my cals and also exercise quite reguarly and play rugby, but dont seem to shift any weight.

I dont do any heavy weights so not building muscle.

Iam wondering if anyone has come accross and good meal plans.

I am 115kg and trying to get down to 90kg at the mo with potential to drop an extra 5kg if required.

If anyone can help will be great.

Thanks

Can you open your food diary so we can give you tailored advice?

Eat right when you get up.. eat around 10am, eat around noon, eat around 3pm, eat around 6pm. smaller meals throughout the day.

Are you weighing all your food? you could be overestimating your exercise and underestimating your calories

I personally try to eat fruit and veggies every single day.

Lunches for me usually consist of Chicken whole grain rice and veggies, and usually have veggies with dinner.

Meal timing and frequency doesnt mean weight loss - hello IF!
All that matters is cals in < cals out.

It might be because you're not eating enough but without seeing your diary its very hard to give adive
