Hello everyone!
To introduce myself as Kitty from London.
I work from home and have always been on a diet - you name it I have done it.
I am around 2 stone overweight - have a target of 10stone 7lbs - and am around 5ft 10in
As I work from home, I am constantly thinking of food so trying to lose weight is a nightmare.
Having started my food diary a couple of days ago has been helpful as I am now able to keep track of what I am eating which at the moment is mainly yogurts, fruit and eggs.
My food weaknesses are anything so cooking a meal for my husband everynight is hard!
Look forward to hearing from any other ladies facing the same challenges

Totally get where you are coming from. My husband likes his home cooked meals and while he is overweight doesn't seem to feel the need, as I do, to lose it and get into shape. I will make him a meal like I am having, salad basically, but he needs his carbs, meat, sweet. I also love food and cooking so yes somedays all I think about is food. I cannot watch cooking shows anymore.
