I love bacon, but it is not as versatile as cheese. How you going to make Lasagna without cheese? Or Scalloped Potatoes. Or Deep fried Mozzarella.

Cheese. I'm just now sort of starting to like bacon in a few applications, but even though I don't like most cheeses there are a couple I enjoy.
