Havnt been here in a long time!Was an unsettled year since last November after my mum died,now I fel Im getting bavk on track,havnt gone hop;ess;y off track but have gained about 11 lbs,dangerous territory!So Ive made a challange for myself Im going to try to burn 1000cals a day through exercise,I started yesterday with 12 mile bike ride that was 620cals hadnt time to do more,today I did 13 miles 680cals and will head for a walk soon,so we will see how that goes,will start tracking meals tomorrow! Hope everyone is good!!!
