My weekends are so NON -Routine! I hate it. I eat so well during the week, the weekend rolls around and its Pizza with the kids or a Beer with the neighbor.
How do you conquer your weekend and still keep loosing?

Plan ahead, if you know you want to go out for pizza try to eat a lighter lunch. Make a routine, wake up early and exercise and earn yourself a few extra calories to be bad later if thats what you want to do. Or just refuse to be bad. There isn't really a real trick to it you just have to decide how bad you want it and if you are willing to work 24/7 for it or only 24/5?0

Ideally, I match the extra calories from the weekend with more rigorous exercise. If I know I'm going out to dinner later, then I'll work out during the day. Also, I'll just eat half the entree and save the rest for later!0

Thanks!! I generally do try these tactics its just that... Summer is tough with all the parties, boating, etc. Fall and Winter are usually better for me, More time in the gym rather than sipping beers!!0

yes! Planning is the key to success.
you have to have a plan.
I used to be like that too,
Its OK to have a cheat meal but plan that. Just like you do during the week.
If you know you are going to someones house or party, bring you own healthy dip. or Eat before you get there so you are not hungry.
We had a kids bday party over the weekend and I made one of my chocolate peanut butter Shakes and sipped it almost the entire time. Killed my cravings right there for any need of cake or ice cream.0
