There is a whole gluten free group on here. Also if you take a look at my diary it is all gluten free as I'm a coeliac.

Take your favourite recipes and alter them. For example for muffins use bananas instead of sugar. Make use of brown rice flour instead of wheat flour. It can be found in the bulk section of the grocery store. Consider Stevia which is from a plant to substitute for sugar where you can't use fruit.
You also might consider joining a group within MFP for that subject.0 -

thank you everyone for the great ideas.... I'm new to gluten free and I'm really struggling with weight loss. I lost a lot at first but then I've completely stopped. I'm trying to stay around 1200-1500 calories a day but I'm not loosing any weight.... any ideas? :noway:0

I would concentrate on the diet first. As its an medical issue you may find that you start losing weight once your body has sett;led down.0

i use pinterest for gluten free - was diagnosed gluten sensitive in July! Just do some research, read as much as you can about it, and learn what to go for and what to avoid.0
