Is this progress?

Hi,

Highest weight 191lbs. Starting weight with MFP on my birthday 8/22/13 - 180.2 lbs. 40.3%fat. 43.5 % water. 31.9 BMI. waist 37.75 inches.

Today sept 24,2013 - weight 179.6, 39.0% fat, 44.5% water, 31.8 BMI. waist 36 inches.

Yes I see the numbers going down, but dang it's been 32 days of this, lol I'm blaming muscle for it. How long did it take you before your weightloss took off and was noticeable?

    1% body fat in a month is progress. For sure.

  • Losing almost 2" in your waist in one month! Yowza that is good progress! :) Took me 4 months to lose 2" of mine. :)

    Keep it up, you are on the right track. Remember it's simple... eat good food in the right amounts and move more, that's all. You can do it!

    I've been doing it for ninety days and just lost two pounds more than you --- so you should be HAPPY.

    Lol thank you all soooo much, I'm so lost with the scale that I focus on it and can't see the other numbers going down, thanks! I really need the thumbs up, I'm hoping to start adding beginners yoga to help with my body pain issues....we shall see....
