Stuck at current weight

Hi everyone,

So, I can't seem to drop below 132.2. Sometimes it goes up a pound, but then will drop back to 132.2. My first reaction is that I'm eating too many calories, but I calculated my calories based on Scooby's Workshop. I have a desk job, but I work out 5 days a week, moderately (I sweat). So, by using those calculations, I should be eating 1,460 calories a day. (I'm 5'0", 132.2 lbs, 43 years old.) I feel like I'm not eating too much, but maybe I am? Any ideas?

Edited to add that I write down everything. I weight, measure accurately.

Out of curiosity, do you know how many calories you are burning in your workouts?

You know, I really don't. I'm guessing 300 calories because it's 45 min of cardio, and 15 minutes of strengthening.

Tracking everything, weighing food with a scale?

Yes. I am extremely anal retentive when it comes to accuracy. I weigh, measure everything.

If everything you are eating is accurately being tracked (weighing and measuring etc), then I would go with a smaller deficit (10-15%, probably 10%, where you don't have much to go.)

Is there a specific reason you want to lose that 6lbs (as opposed to inches)?
How long have you been stuck? How long have you been following the TDEE method?

With the 10% cut, it puts you at 1645 with a TDEE of 1827

Being only 5 feet tall, I'd like to be at 128 at the most. For some reason, BMI means a lot to me. lol. I've been doing the TDEE for a week, I believe.

Well, just give it some time then. You're well within fluctuation margins for your expected weight loss.

Ah, so you aren't stuck. Give it 4-6 weeks before deciding whether it works or not. Your body is getting used to the extra food. Just give it time.
