I love these threads how people single out certain foods and claim they made them gain weight.
NEW FLASH: too much of anything will make you fat. :yawn:

Anyway, for me it's sushi on a train. I can eat my own weight in it, because I eat and talk and some more. Plus I add liberal amounts of soy sauce (there goes the sodium) ... No restraint what so ever :-)0 -

Here's an obvious one: Peanut Butter Fudge.
Oh man did I adore my peanut butter fudge.
I ate so much of it<3
My first time making it I swore I'd never consume it again after getting a wake up call as to how much butter, sugar, and peanut butter actually went into it. So many calories.
Then of course I ate some while it was still warm. Mmm.
Smh, I never learned xD
But I'm better now! No fudge = less pudge! Life gets better!0 -
Pizza USED to be a major source of bloat for me, but I'd eat 2 or 3 meals of pizza every day till the 2 or 3 pizzas I ordered for the special or sale price or whatever were gone. So, multiple meals of pizza every day (usually 2 or 3 slices per meal for a large or 3 or 4 slices for a medium pizza) for consecutive days and I was loading sodium, sodium, sodium and blamo by the time the pizzas were gone, I would be up near 10 lbs heavier!
I'd buy pizza once every two to three months and basically have 'Pizza week!' It was like Shark Week, but more often, and with more water retention. ^_^
Now, I'll eat only 1 pizza meal a day, limiting myself 2 slices of a large pizza, for a couple days and then freeze the rest of the pizzas for other days/weeks. Now I can eat my pizza and lose weight too, hooray!0
