I'm amazed at what I can achieve if I stick to it! I could only run 15 minutes flat a few weeks ago, with going to the gym 5 times a week I have doubled my stamina and performance, my body can endure a 60 minute intense workout no problem workout instead of 20 minutes and I feel really good! I feel happier, healthier, I'm less inclined to snack on chocolates, crisps and pot noodles but I still enjoy my treats in moderation! I never had the motivation to do it before but all of a sudden I just reached that point where I said to myself 'I can't keep doing this if I'm going into the navy, it's not about being x amounts of lbs, it's about getting fit to fight and also toning my body to look great, not good. I can still be 9 stone and be a size 6 instead of a 12, but I will pack one hell of a fudging punch!'

I used to weigh 170 lbs, I managed t loose a hell of a lot and get my butt down to 112 lbs! I was really happy, but with my new body came a relationship through my newly found confidence! Three years later I am happy in life but not in my pant size!! I have started creeping back up the scales with all those cheeky Chinese takeaways, I am now 134 lbs, not the biggest gain in the world, but I'm still not pleased to say the least!
I do want to be a UK size 6 - 8 (Please don't judge there is a reason we are all here) but I want muscle definition, size 6 may be unobtainable, but who knows?!

I should also note that, as I stated, I'm going into the Navy, so I have to give my all to get fighting fit! I've passed all my recruitment process, I'm just waiting for a date now to go in!

I want to get some tips and information on gaining muscle definition whilst slimming down, because as Bridget Jones says... I have 'wobbly bits', initially from losing a lot of weight in the first place and not toning while I went (Eeek! I know, that was silly!)
I know that the more I exercise the more I will endure and the more I will be able to achieve, but I need guidance. All those lovely motivational posters I see with beautiful women with large muscle definition but they are teeny (I may be naive and they may be photoshopped) but it would be something to look that that, I tell ya!

Sorry for the long intro. I' Becky by the way! Hello everyone ~
