I stopped binging on sweets!

I usually told myself that I was only going to have a bite of the delicious cheese cake. Then, I ended up eating the entire cake and felt guilty for the rest of the day. Not until recently, I cut one piece into several small bites. I put one in my mouth and savored it. Then, I asked myself:"Did I get the satisfaction? Do I need a second piece?" The answer is an effortless NO! That works so well for me. Just wanted to share with all of you!:drinker:

Yay! Great job! Maybe you broke your 'addiction' cycle, which is huge.

Sweets are the biggest food-craving issue I have. I don't binge, but my ideal body weight doesn't allow for the size of dessert I enjoy ;)
  • I agree. One of my faves was Sheila G's Brownie brittle for 120 cal, but after a few weeks it just doesn't taste the same. I still log it as a full serving. By doing that I kinda trick myself into thinking I have less calories to eat also, all while satisfying my sweet tooth.
