Stalling out

Anyone else stall in their weight loss for a week or so and then just drop pounds out of nowhere?

Is there anything I can do to keep a steady loss instead?

    I'm afraid not - it's just the body doing its thing. Look for the overall trend rather than the fluctuations.

    Weight loss isn't linear. Search the forum for "fat whoosh" and you'll see what I mean. It comes off when and where it wants. You just have to be patient.

    I stall for 2-3 weeks then lose 3-5 lbs in one week. It was steady pretty much the first couple months, that's it.
