You look great! Can you share a bit about your journey? Did you focus immediately on lifting or did that come over time? I know you've worked really hard and it shows. It didn't come off overnight like so many people want it to happen. I'm sure you had some ups and downs, which is part of this lifestyle change. You stuck with it and it shows. Good for you!!!!

i lost first 30 lbs in about 2 months by just diet changes alone......then i began running could only do a quarter mile my first time then a mile then 2 then 3.....that got me down to around 200 by spring of 2011....i weighed 195 at one point and still wore a size 38 jean then started lifting everyday and now weigh 185-190 and wear a 34.......i had the benefit of being in really good shape when i was in college and lifted a lot...but when i started working full time in office i quit working out and ate fast food almost everyday and went from 175 to 260 in a few years...snuck up on me. so using my previous knowledge i got back in the gym and got to where im at now...still not satisfied but i dont think i ever will be.

The "Fat guys" always end up with loads of muscle. I'm sure there is a scientific principle in there some where. Well done!
