No Longer 'Overweight'

I started eating properly / logging calories / going to the gym around February 1st 2013. I'm 6'3", started at 296lbs and as of a couple of days ago I'm at 199lbs! That puts me into the "normal" range of the BMI. My goal weight is 180lbs, but that's just a rough buffer zone. I haven't yet started any kind of toning - been on 100% walking around a track / on a treadmill about 3-4 times per week (45 minutes per visit to the gym).
97lbs down seems to have made a huge difference!
