Which type of scale is usually more accurate, a Digital bathroom scale, or a balance beam one (like you would see at a doctor's office or athletic facility)
My bathroom scale shows that I'm 218.6, but at my local YMCA, they have a balance beam, and before I left it said I was around 216.5. I haven't taken in any water or food since i left the gym. I weighed myself there, came home and weighed myself here.
