Weight Loss

I have started off and on my journey of weight loss since Jan 2011 my starting weight was 192..By October of 2011 I weighed 172...and for the last 2 years I have yo-yoed back and forth from 172-178 and back to 172....well today I was getting a salad from work and one of the ladies stopped me and asked how much weight i have lost...I was like i lost 20 pounds 2 years ago and am STUCK...and she said "well you must be losing inches because you still look like your losing weight" i gave her a big hug cause it was something I needed to hear :) I mean i walk every day and try to eat right and i know if I pick it up a little more exercise than my 30 minutes a day i could drop more but i can't seem to remotiviate myself and I hate that. But now that someone said that...it might just be the extra push i needed :)

    Hi, I'am the same way I cannot see it but there are a few other's that do see it. I need a huge push , because It's my life I'am talking about so tell how to jump start this program.

    Thanks for posting! I feel the same way a lot of the time because for the last few years I''ve been yo yoing between 20-25 lbs lost also.
