weight lifting program

I am wondering if anyone can recommend a weight lifting program that worked for them. I've got free weights, a bench and an exercise ball. Don't think I want to do the whole stronglifts thing because I don't have room for the equipment - at least not from what I've seen used. What worked for you? What do you suggest?

I suffered a compression fracture in my back last year so I can no longer lift "heavy" Just started to lift again about 60 days ago.
I use a smith machine to do Bench presses of 135 lbs. I also use my bench to do alternating hammer curls of 35 lbs per dumbbell
same dumbbells to do flat bench butterflies and my curl bar to do standing curls at 65 lbs. You can do so many lifts with the dumbbells to strengthen your triceps, shoulders, forearms.0 -
If you have free weights I would suggest Jari Love, absolutely all of her workouts are really challenging and burn alot of calories. I always feel like I have gotten a super good workout after doing any of those.0
