Need some support..

I hate having to ask for support, but I really do need it. Everyday, I get done with my highschool life, and I come home to a house filled with unhealthy junk food and crap. I manage to eat right though... Well, I started working out and eating better starting back in April, I lost 20 pounds by June or so. And now, for months, I've been stuck. I had been lifting on weight machines, and now I started free weights, and I try to do cardio as much as possible, it just doesn't always work out with all of my school activities. Last week I kind of just broke down and didn't eat like I should have. I feel like i'm never going to get out of this stand-still. As much as I want to, I feel like I can't. I'm trying to have a positive outlook and trying to get there, but it's making me stress myself out. And when I think I'm making progress someone ends up shooting down all of my good thoughts. Like, the other day, I was shopping with my mom for dresses for an upcoming dance. I'm in a smaller dress than I was last year, even though I don't feel like it's smaller, but I felt good in it. I felt like, hey, I am making progress, even if it is slow. Then my mom ends up practically saying that I'm fat. it just made me feel like my hard work was for nothing, and that it's just not showing. I'm sorry for the rant, but has anyone else out there felt like this?

Not everyone knows how to be supportive. I know it's tough but stay positive.
I'm sure that there are people that don't see you on a regular basis that can tell the difference.0 -
20 lbs is really great progress so you should be really proud of that! And since you have already done it we both know you can do it again, you just gotta get outta that funk, which can be hard but it can be done.
some things to consider:
Have you recalculated your number with your new lower weight? As your weight drops so do your calories so if you are still eating like 20lbs ago that might be adding to your stalling
Make sure you log every day and are measuring portions to get the most accurate numbers. What kind of exercises are you doing? Often times your calories burned from exercise is also overestimated which can throw your numbers off as well.0
