Just trying to lose a few pounds

I've been on here for about a month, and I've lost 8 pounds so far. :smile: I'm amazed at how useful it is to simply track everything I eat. I used to eat without thinking about how many calories I was consuming. Since I started here, I've managed to stay within 1200-1400 calories a day. So glad I found this place. :smile: My goal is to lose about 8 or 9 more pounds.
