Just turned 50 and decided I have to get healthy

I turned 50 in August, and I need t get healthy. My age isn't going to get any younger, and I am tired of being tired. I'm using Chris Powell's carb cycling for my meal guidelines, and I just stated Focus T25 yesterday. I've learned so far that I actually like meal replacement shakes.. So one a day works well for me, and i need to eat a LOT more vegetables. Fruit has never been a problem, but veggies.. well not so much. I'm guessing I need to lose about 90-100 pounds, possibly more, I'm not setting a goal weight just yet, because blood test results, and how I feel will be the deciding factors for me.

Welcome! It's never too late to start. I am 46 and just started getting healthy 2 and a half months ago. I've lost 18 pounds and feel almost 10 years younger.
You can do this!

Good for you! You never know when the switch will finally go on, and it sounds like you're ready. I'd say set manageable goals0
