Workouts from home for a mother of two toddlers?

With no car, no strollers & no $$ lol basically does anybody have any workouts for a stay at home mom of a 1 1/2 year old & a 3 year old?

There's lots of workouts online.
Also do the basics jumping jacks, crunches, push ups, lunges, and burped.
You can do this with the kids too, or nap time I do it all after my kids are in bed for the night.0 -
I agree with looking online, YouTube, etc. Do you have weights at home?0

Yes I have a few weights I've been doing arm workouts with them. I've lost 47lbs so far & been doing YouTube videos off my phone since I don't have Internet at home. I've been doing fitnessblender & hiphop abs0

Fill a duffel bag with sand and do sandbag workouts. ..:) I am a mom of 2 and this is what I do....its a great workout...0

You can view lots of workouts on line - on You tube.
my DVD player isn't working, so I have been working out with various Denise Austen workouts on You tube.
It mixes things up too. If you buy a dvd you feel obliged to use it, but with the free workouts online you can pick and choose.0
