How much weight did you lose? So far 49 lbs. 25 since joining MFP
How long did it take? 25 lb since April 2013 but I started my trying to lose weight Feb 2012.
Did you eat your exercise calories back? Since joining MFP, I upped my cals based on what MFP suggests and eat back my exercise cals. Before MFP, I ate 1200 cals or less and did not eat exercise cals. I was not as successful as I have been since joining MFP
How close did you remain to your daily caloric goal? I try to get as close as I can to my goal every day.0 -
I've lost nothing yet. It's only been 7 days. I am taking the poll for motivation. Good job, btw, your answers are exactly what I need to hear to be inspired.

How much weight did you lose?
Around 35 pounds.
How long did it take?
About a year.
Did you eat your exercise calories back?
No. Because I did not decrease amount of food I ate - calories I ate. Exercise was the way how I got my calorie deficit so if I would have eaten them beck I would be on maintenance and would not lose weight.
How close did you remain to your daily caloric goal?
About 100 cals below or above every day.0 -
So exercise was your only means for deficit? Had you set MFP with goals or just maintenance?0
