My story is a bit hectic, when I was 16 I ended up being very underweight at 35kg (77 lbs) due to a combination of not eating enough and parasites! (EW). Anyway I slowly gained weight and exercised and got to a point where I was really happy, about 50kg, I LOVED my body and could eat without worrying because I exercised a lot.....but unfortunately I have always had issues with binge eating and it got me to 64kg :( I am now trying really hard to get back to around 54kg but it's difficult! I lost 4kg to get to 60 but now it seems to just stay there.....I need motivation to get back on track!! I stopped running back then too so my fitness levels are way down but I am trying!! :(

Anyone else got to where they wanted to be and then let go? Would appreciate people in similar situations to motivate each other!!

Thanks :)

I was working as a fashion model all through my teens and twenties in major markets (Paris, London, NYC) so looked pretty good. When I quit that business at age 25 I resolved never to give another thought to my appearance again or diet again. I slowly put on 2 kg a year, every year, for the next 24 years.

Was diagnosed with diabetes in August 2012, so it is a health issue now, not a vanity issue. Nonetheless, if I get back down to a US8 again, it would be fun to enjoy fashion again.
