LOSE WITHOUT LOSING THE GOOD STUFF

I recently started walking at work (to add extra steps to my day). I want to lose weight but more toning. However, I am finding that I am losing my boobs, butt and hips (the parts I am very satisfies with). Help!!

    There's really no help. Fat comes off where it wants - unfortunately, we have no control of it.

    If you want more toning then might be worth looking into a weights routine instead of cardio - you can tone arms and legs more and hopefully get less other losses, but no promises
