newbie!!!

Brand new to the site and I'm still not sure how to do a lot of things. I'd like some motivation and people to share experiences and pointers.
So, a little about myself. I'm 23, I need to lose about 120 pounds to be considered at the higher end of health weight and to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I keep saying that I'm going to lose weight but i didn't do anything about it, until now. Currently, I've cut out all fast food, reduced bread and pasta and potato intake, and started exercising a lot more.
I don't do a whole lot yet, just gradually building it up. I walk about a mile a day starting 3 days ago, getting a treadmill to keep it going through winter months and adding distance. I'm starting some abdominal work as well. My loving boyfriend wants to gain muscle so he bought P90X, and as soon as i get used to this and can handle more i will be starting that as well.
I currently just take a multivitamin and I'm iffy about starting a dieting pill.

    Keep going, girl! It's all about the support! I'm in the same boat as you...trying to lose a large amount of weight. I'm here as a source for you! :)
