    October should be a good month :-)


    1. Complete 10K Trainer
    2. Finish Stage 1 of NROL4W
    3. Shed these last few pounds to my "goal" weight - 125
    4. RUN the course of the Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk - over 2 bridges approx. 3 miles in honor of being a 3 yr survivor

    I could totally do that w/out training. But only in Amsterdam.

    1. Just started training with some weights, hope to build up in that. Loving it so far!
    2. Lose some weight..Happy as long as the number goes down, doesnt matter how much
    3. Be active.
    4. Survive another vacation without gaining a lot of weight LOL
