Am i on the right track?help!

Hi everybody,
I have bee tracking my food intake for 6 months now, and i dropped all the weight i wanted. Now I am 63 kg(138 pounds) and i am 175cm tall(5'9").
I have started heavy lifting 3 weeks ago and i can see results already. If my goals are increase strength and muscle and lower body fat is this week plan right?should I include anything else?
3 days a week 5x5 strong lifts plus some strength exercises for upper body
2 days cardio class(zumba and aqua aerobic)
