I am trying to put into my diary the exercise I did and how long. It was a ten minute routine of cardio that wasn't skip roping or dancing or jogging! ANyone have a keyword suggestion?

If it wasn't skiproping or jogging or dancing, what was it? (I know you said a 10 minute cardio routine...but...???)
Basically, if I am at or near my target heart rate, I generally burn (according to my HRM) about 80-100 calories/10 minutes.... (I weigh 189 and am 5'6" - it's a little more at the high end when I run, and a little more at the low end if I am doing aerobics or zumba...)0 -

Because the calorie burns are "guesstimates" anyway ...........just pick something general

Maybe your exercise will be on here. This one seems to be at least a little more accurate, so I like it.

Thank you everyone. I get it now. What I was doing was non stop squats, lunges blah blah..I didn't think of aerobics..will try that.0
