Can't find my exercise under the exercise tab.

I am trying to put into my diary the exercise I did and how long. It was a ten minute routine of cardio that wasn't skip roping or dancing or jogging! ANyone have a keyword suggestion?

    If it wasn't skiproping or jogging or dancing, what was it? (I know you said a 10 minute cardio routine...but...???)

    Basically, if I am at or near my target heart rate, I generally burn (according to my HRM) about 80-100 calories/10 minutes.... (I weigh 189 and am 5'6" - it's a little more at the high end when I run, and a little more at the low end if I am doing aerobics or zumba...)

    Because the calorie burns are "guesstimates" anyway ...........just pick something general

    Low impact aerobics, General aerobics, High impact aerobics

    Maybe your exercise will be on here. This one seems to be at least a little more accurate, so I like it.

  • Thank you everyone. I get it now. What I was doing was non stop squats, lunges blah blah..I didn't think of aerobics..will try that.
