I am finally starting to return to normal from a really intense workout on Saturday morning. Yep, four days ago.
Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), but this was some kind of other-worldly, evil DOMS that I've never experienced. My lats are swollen to the point where my arms are brushing them when I move. Creepy, and not a good look on me :frown:
How long does it usually take for an unusually bad case of DOMS to go away?
