I put on a bunch of weight

Hi,

I've been on My fitness Pal for a few years now. I lost a ton of weight when I was logging in every day and keeping up to date on my diary. I haven't logged in for the past 9 months. In 9 months, I have gained almost 50 lbs back. I work out alot, I am a Jiu Jitsu fighter but my eating habits went from staying within 2500 calories a day to eating anything I want. Even though I train hard in the gym, my body doesn't allow me to eat garbage without packing on the pounds. I'm 40, happily married and am looking for a few friends who I can help motivate and will help motivate me. Thanks for listening!!
