I have just received T25 Deluxe + Gamma in the mail today.
My overall strategy is to NET my Sedentary TDEE - 20% + Eat Back Exercise Calories.
Currently 170lbs @ 26.3%
Goal 150lbs @ 17% (give or take a little, health obviously is main focus)
I am getting ready to start T25 and will do Alpha + Beta in order as called for by the program.
My understanding is that Gamma is a little more focused on Strength Training, so I am hoping I can use that now, at the same time I go through Alpha and Beta, instead of doing something like Strong Lifts or Starting Strength to preserve current muscle mass.
Is this a good idea?
Should I follow the "Pure Gamma" routine exactly as outlined starting the same day as the Alpha program?
There is some more advanced cardio in Gamma, i.e. Speed 3.0, and I am sure there is other crossover between the programs.
Should I do a modified schedule of Gamma instead of the "Pure Gamma"? i.e. should I only be doing a few of the Gamma discs now until I finish Alpha + Beta? For example, leave out Speed 3.0 and do Speed 1.0 from Alpha instead? Maybe only alternate between Rip't Up and Extreme Circuit everyday while doing Alpha + Beta exactly as outlined in the program?
Any advice here, or help nailing down a structured plan, would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
