Hello Again

Hi, my name is Liz. I'm 28 years old, mother of two. I gained most of my weight with my first pregnancy. While in gained a lot less with the second, I'm still really overweight and need to lose close to 100 pounds. Yes, about 20-30 pounds of it is excess skin, but a lot of it is fat, too. I need to work hard, harder than I have been. I'm just feeling really unmotivated. I'm hoping to find some friends out there who are in the same boat as I am: have a lot of weight to lose and just beginning their journeys. The last couple times I've tried to use MFP, I wasn't very successful. I really hope this time will be different. If you are in the same boat as I am (or even if you're not), feel free to friend me! I could use the support. Thanks, everyone! :)

    Hello Liz,

I am 35, wife and mother of two. I know losing weight is extremely hard. I have been overweight most of my life. I have found having supportive friend on my fitness pal has made it a little easier for me. I try to log every day, and have an open diary. If you would like a friend add me.

    Good luck with your journey!

    Monica

Hi I'm missy and am 37. I have a 2 almost 3 month old and I really gained quite a bit back this last pregnancy. I was active on MFP and lost almost 50lbs before getting pregnant again. I'm ready to get back into the routine of exercise and eating healthy. I hate the way I feel. I'll add you as a friend. I have about 80lbs to go before I hit my goal weight. It's so hard with 2 little ones (I also have a 3 year old), working full time and having a husband that works various shifts to find time for myself. Best of luck to you!
  • Thanks, everyone!!!! I look forward to working with you all. :)
  • Sending a friend request. I'm definitely in the same boat you are. I have close to 100 lbs to lose
