Never feel hungry and never feel full

Does anyone else have this? I eat at regular intervals (8am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 5:00pm). But I find I very very rarely ever feel hungry and I can't remember the last time I felt overly full.
I eat my planned meals (yes sometimes I cheat, but rarely) and when I am done, I am just done, no hunger but no full feeling.

Someone told me that this is how people should be and it means that you are regulating your sugar intake (I am not diabetic) which does not put you into food crashes.

Anyone else like this?

P.S. I am not saying this to be a smart *kitten* or a troll (I don't even know what that that is but I see people say it a lot on posts) as I realize that many people on here struggle with being hungry or overeating.
