Help!! I'm craving baked goods so badly!!

I love fall and all of the pumpkin baked goods. I live on a college campus and it is SO tempting everytime I smell or walk past any of the baked goods. I have a terrible sweet tooth and have been craving baked breads and muffins so badly! What do I do, it's so hard?

Eat some, just log it and make it fit in your macros for the day.

Eat a muffin or something once a week, or eat one a day but fit it in your daily calories. Exercise extra to be able to eat it. After reading the calories of each item and thinking how long I would need to exercise to eat it, that kind of have dropped the big hunger to eat many foods. Everything is about self-control.
  • Eat fruit and see if that helps cut the craving. After doing this enough times it actually helps me 100% when I want sweets. Usually one apple, some strawberries and plain yogurt with stevia, or an orange cuts it out. I add cinnamon sometimes with an apple that I chop up and stew or bake. Doesn't take long. You can go ahead and do the half of one here and there, or a whole one once a week, but I honestly think that if you re-train your taste buds and mind you won't crave just those things so badly.

This! I just baked some pumpkin cream cheese muffins the other day that were delicious and only 130 calories a piece (I got the recipe from a website called Hungry Girl, I think). You can find low calorie versions for almost everything or you can try your favorite recipes with lower calorie substitutions for certain ingredients (check how to or if you can online).
