Hi, All :flowerforyou:

I lost 30lbs since I started in 2011 but recently I lost motivation until I found program Extreme Weight Loss.
I love Chris Powell :smile:
I watch the programs and bought a book.
It is very good and easy to understand.

Does anyone else use the program and if you do how is it going for you?
I only started so I'm just wondering?

    Checked out his website - it says "click HERE for a free list of approved foods" but there was no live link on the HERE. :-( It sounds similar to the Food Lovers Diet, which I am following. I eat every 2-3 hours, 3 meals and 2 snacks every single day and have a protein, slow carb/fast carb with every meal.

    It's been hard, because it's not the way I was raised and I'm not used to eating like this, but I have definitely enjoyed the benefits already after only a week - 8.2 lbs gone!

    Chris's website is great - he's very motivating and there's a lot of wonderful inspiration. Thanks for the share!!!
