been here a while; could use some friends.

I've been on MFP since May. I had previously lost 45 pounds before joining MFP (starting in January) and have lost another 14 pounds since joining. I am near my goal weight. I've gone from a size 18 to an 8 and have just started circuit training at the gym. I had only been doing cardio before yesterday. As I get closer to maintenance, I am starting to get worried about keeping the weight off. I love food. I hate exercising (I do like Zumba, though). Not a good combo when trying to keep weight off. I do like how I feel when I'm eating right and exercising. I'm looking for some friends to support me in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and I will do my best to support and encourage you too. I'm too shy to ask to be friends. :blushing:

    You can add me if you like! I am also very close to goal and am working on transitioning into maintenance (also feeling nervous about managing that).
