need 1000 calorie low carb recipes!!

Hi everyone I'm quiet new to this place, let alone working out and trying to loose weight, now I need to hit 2200 calories a day for me to loose weight, and right now carbs are kind of a no go. So does anyone have a meal that's about 1000 calories that's low carb? A guy I work with has been doing it for four-years but he no longer keeps track of what he eats because he just knows its the right amount. Your help is greatly appreciated

    Adding cheese will give you a calorie boost.

    My favorite things to eat while doing low carb:

    -Steak with mashed cauliflower (made with cream cheese, sour cream, and mozz cheese)
    -Fajitas (chicken with onions and peppers) I usually put on a salad and use sour cream and shredded cheese, olives and a little tomato
    -Taco Salad (essential the same as fajitas but with ground beef and a little taco seasoning and chili powder, put on lettuce with shredded cheese and sour cream if you're looking for more calories)
    -Bacon cheese burgers, heck you could probably do a double patty, double cheese, and 4 slices of bacon for 1000 calories
    -You could do a chicken, broccoli, cheese bake. Basically just grilled chicken, broccoli, shredded cheese, and maybe come cream cheese?

    If you are looking for more calories per meal, purchase ground beef with higher fat content (its typically cheaper anyways). I prefer no lower than a 85/15 ratio, but I've seen 78/22 ratio and 80/20.

    I also like spinach salads with hot bacon dressing. Instead of sugar, use splenda.

    Depending on how low carb you want to be, you could always have some peanut butter on hand for some more calories. Just compare labels to find the one with the least amount of sugar. Also, add avocado to salads. Good amount of fat, but does have carbs. Those carbs though are mostly dietary fiber, though.
