HI! I need help with my fat mama camp

Fat Mama Camp is what I refer to as losing my baby weight, well im trying to. I have never felt more out of shape in my life (which is funny because I'm constantly running & cleaning after my 7mo old) I've never counted calories so I'm new to this and I would like to enjoy what I'm eating, but I'm having trouble eating meals with the right balance of protein carbs and fats. I would like to know if anyone has meal suggestions that they've liked? Thx I look 4ward to talking with you all!

No suggest really. I would just say try to eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day and get you water in. Weigh and measure your food. You can customize and change your protein, carb and fat to what % you want under My Home and goals. I changed my to 35 carb, 40 protein and 25 fat. You will figure it all out as you go. I would also suggest getting a HRM if you don't have one already.0
