Hi ladies!!
Apologies for the late start this week! I was away all weekend until tonight at a family reunion vacation and just got back into town. Below is the progress. The chart is downsized a little because we're in the 6th week so it was getting overwhelming with all the numbers. So, I'm posting start weight, goal weight, and current weight. Let me know what you think!!
What's the goal this week? I had a gain this last week so I REALLY need to stay motivated! Last wedding dress fitting is on Saturday!! :bigsmile:

hoping for a good few days now my hubby has a new laptop i can pinch his that means i can log food again and hopefully keep on track better
i need a good boot up the butt although yesterday was a good day i ate well and spent 2hrs putting my kitchen back in order moving furniture etc that was moved when hubby decorated so im hoping it might cancel out some of the bad from weekend

This week has gone by pretty quickly for me, so thats good. I have been able to get all my workouts in. From now until my wedding I really want to shoot for 6 days a week if not 7. I hope that everyone has a great day!0 -
Hi everyone! I need to kick it in the butt too, I restarted C25K on Monday and plan to Shred 3 times a week as well.

Yesterday I was feeling pretty tired and didn't want to go to spin/ab class - but went anyway. Well the instructor must of had an energy drink before class because he kicked our butts. I usually sweat in class but this was unbelievable - I had sweat pouring off me... but it was a great workout and I slept alll night!!!!
I woke up and did day 64 of power 90 - finally getting the hang of level 5/6 !! Have my lunch and snacks already so I am good to go for today!!!

hi ladies! it's good to be back!
my personal challenge this month is to shred every day (started this morning). today marks 30 days until my wedding, so the pressure is on! thank you all for the motivation and positive comments! they keep me going
didn't do too bad on vacation. got some exercise in everyday and only had 1 margarita the entire time! had dessert each night, but kept it in check, and balanced it out with exercise. i'm hoping i broke even.
for the rest of this week (through friday), the plan is 60 mins cardio plus shred each day. because of vacation, this week is short for me so i gotta push really hard to get a good weigh in on friday!0 -
Didn't get to run today but did mow the lawn for 1 1/2 so managed to get some exercise in. Still good with veggies/fruits. Struggling with water intake.

hi guys! wish i had better news but i had ANOTHER gain this week! what is going on in my body??? i'm up to 153.6! i think i can chalk it up to TOM and muscle gain, because i've re-started the 30 DS and have been doing it everyday (started wednesday). maybe this is just a small initla gain and i'll even out and start to lose again in the next few weeks. i can only hope, right?? :grumble:0

Stayed the same this week 153 :grumble: I started a new program 2 days ago and I'm really sore today so I'm wondering if that's why I didn't lose, maybe some swelling in my muscles from the new workout, that has happened to me in the past........oh well:ohwell: I will just wait and see what happens next week!! Well I had a gain as well this week! Up to 151.3:devil: I just wish my body could figure it out! I feel like I am doing everything right and it just isn't responding the way I would like it to! Well I had a gain as well this week! Up to 151.3:devil: I just wish my body could figure it out! I feel like I am doing everything right and it just isn't responding the way I would like it to! I'm up too, 130. It's TOM plus mildy sprained my ankle in soccer on tuesday so have not been running. Also dealing with kids with stomach flu this week and hubbie out of town, so I am sooo done with this week!!

Hey ladies, I forgot to weigh-in yesterday. I weighed this morning - 128.2 up .20 - not too bad. These last few pounds are sooo slow in coming off. But according to my scale my body fat is steadily going down. I am now in the fit range - not the acceptable range... LOL
Oh well, looks like everyone gained a little or stayed the same. My it's the position of the moon. LOL We can't give up..this is the hard part, when our work doesn't seem to be paying off. But we have to remember it is paying off... we are healthier and stronger. Let's keep going ladies... I predict that everyone will have a loss next week.
I have a birthday party for my Godchild today. It's an ice cream sundae birthday party. How will I resisit? Lots of different ice cream with all the toppings... Then I have White Linen Night tonight....Wine, cheese and fruit. Good thing I did my Power 90 Core Cardio this morning - 48 mins with Tony Horton should help reduce the affects of the eating I will do....LOL
